Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
  • Experience delivering therapy in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt practices to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Work alongside teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
  • Advocate for best practices in language and communication development across school settings
