Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid SLP license or certification to practice in Colorado
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Comfortable managing caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation, progress monitoring, and collaborative teamwork
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders among students in elementary, middle, and high school
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize outcomes
  • Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ success in the classroom
  • Deliver both direct and consultative therapy models as appropriate to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determination, and related school-based processes
