Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility preferred
- Experience delivering therapy in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt practices to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Work alongside teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Advocate for best practices in language and communication development across school settings
