Elementary High School School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Denver, Colorado

What you’ll bring:

• Active and current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) certification
• SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist), with school-based experience preferred
• Ability to work with both elementary and high school age groups
• Experience supporting students with a range of needs, from mild to severe
• Comfort working with diverse caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel to the assignment
• Preference for onsite candidates (may consider highly-qualified teletherapy applicants)
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide responsive, compassionate care

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services—individually and in groups
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain clear documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Support students in achieving meaningful progress toward communication and academic goals
• Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
