What you’ll bring:
- Active and current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) certification
- SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist), with school-based experience preferred
- Ability to work with both elementary and high school age groups
- Experience supporting students with a range of needs, from mild to severe
- Comfort working with diverse caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel to the assignment
- Preference for onsite candidates (may consider highly-qualified teletherapy applicants)
- Ability to adapt quickly and provide responsive, compassionate care
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services—individually and in groups
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain clear documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
- Support students in achieving meaningful progress toward communication and academic goals
- Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
