Seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in speech-language pathology to work with elementary and high school students with a range of mild to severe needs. This full-time contract role runs through the end of the school year (EOSY) and offers the opportunity to help students thrive both academically and personally.

Ideal candidates will have a proven background working in schools and possess the necessary credentials and licensure. Your ability to collaborate across classrooms and adapt therapeutic approaches to a diverse student population will be highly valued. Onsite support is preferred; virtual candidates with strong experience may be considered. This role welcomes travel professionals ready to bring their skills where they're needed most.

Qualifications:

  • Active CDE certification (required at time of application)
  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience supporting mild to severe student needs across elementary and high school levels
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting, preferably with a diverse caseload
  • Comfortable working onsite; open to discussing virtual arrangements for exceptional candidates
  • Not accepting Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this position

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments and individualized therapy for students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate in the broader educational team
