An excellent opportunity awaits those with a passion for supporting students in an educational setting. This full-time contract position extends through the end of the school year and focuses on providing speech-language services to mild to severe caseloads, primarily in elementary and high school environments. The role is based onsite, with openness to candidates who are enthusiastic about travel assignments. There may be flexibility for virtual service delivery depending on qualifications, but those completing their CFY will not be considered at this time.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Active CDE certification already on hand
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with elementary and high school-age populations
  • Demonstrated expertise with a wide range of speech and language needs, including mild to severe cases
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit for working with educators, parents, and support teams
  • Ability and willingness to work on campus; some consideration may be given to experienced virtual therapists
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students
  • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to individuals and small groups
  • Develop and track progress on individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure student success
  • Provide guidance on effective communication strategies for both staff and students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Offer intervention services tailored to each student’s needs
