Elementary High School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Denver, CO

This full-time contract is set through the end of the current school year and will focus on delivering support to both elementary and high school students with a range of mild to severe needs. The role is best suited for experienced, certified SLP professionals who thrive working with diverse student populations and are open to onsite engagement. Occasional consideration may be given to virtual candidates, but onsite presence is preferred. Please note that applicants currently holding their CDE certification are required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Active and valid CDE certification ready for immediate employment
• Certification and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience with school-aged children, especially elementary and high school students
• Comfortable working with a variety of student needs, from mild to severe
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities for working within multidisciplinary teams
• Preference for onsite professionals; however, virtual candidates may be considered in select circumstances
• Open to travel as part of the contract

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide direct therapy and interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Consult with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
