Located near vibrant Denver, CO, this opportunity centers on serving mild to severe caseloads, all in a collaborative educational environment—perfect for passionate, certified Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a meaningful impact through the end of the school year.

Ideal candidates excel at working with diverse student populations and are comfortable navigating the unique challenges presented at both elementary and high school levels. Onsite presence is preferred, with consideration given to experienced remote (Voco) therapists. Please note: Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible for this role.

What you bring:
• Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) certification in hand
• Valid SLP license
• Experience with school-based therapy, especially in K-12 settings
• Strong background working with students from mild to severe needs
• Flexibility to manage both elementary and high school caseloads
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• A collaborative spirit for partnering with staff, families, and other professionals
• Willingness to be onsite; consideration may be given to highly qualified Voco applicants
• Openness to travel as part of the assignment

Key responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in both elementary and high school settings
• Carry out assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Adapt interventions for a wide range of student abilities, targeting both mild and severe needs
• Support student progress and advocate for the necessary services
