Key Qualifications:

  • Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) certification is required
  • Valid SLP license and appropriate endorsements
  • Demonstrated experience in both elementary and high school caseloads
  • Skilled in managing students with a range of disabilities, from mild to severe
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region
  • Onsite candidates prioritized; highly skilled virtual SLPs may be considered
  • Not accepting candidates in Clinical Fellowship (CF) year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students, fostering communication growth and academic success
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Deliver services mostly to elementary and high school students across a range of needs
  • Participate in eligibility assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Support student progress with evidence-based interventions and innovative approaches
