Key Qualifications:

• Valid credentials in Colorado as a Special Education teacher
• Proficiency in conducting Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
• Proven ability to manage K-12 caseloads, with placements in either self-contained or resource settings
• Commitment to upholding the responsibilities of a Special Education professional
• Display of a strong work ethic, a growth-oriented mindset, and a consistently positive attitude

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing direct speech and language therapy as documented in student IEPs
• Designing and delivering engaging, data-driven lessons aligned with K-12 standards
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers for comprehensive student support
• Participating in the development, review, and implementation of IEPs
• Documenting student progress and maintaining necessary compliance records
• Fostering an inclusive, welcoming learning environment for every student

Compensation for this role ranges from $35-50 an hour, based on experience and certification.
