Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Louisiana state licensure (or eligibility by start date)
- CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- School or pediatric setting experience is a plus, not required
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to on-site work
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student progress
- Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-12 students, adjusting approaches to individual needs
- Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain consistent communication with the special education department
