Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Louisiana state licensure (or eligibility by start date)
• CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• School or pediatric setting experience is a plus, not required
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to on-site work

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student progress
• Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-12 students, adjusting approaches to individual needs
• Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain consistent communication with the special education department
