Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric SLP services
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one prior to assignment
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services according to school guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective interventions and monitor student progress
  • Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
  • Offer guidance and support for students’ academic and social success in partnership with faculty and families
