Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working in pediatric and/or school settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in administering speech and language evaluations and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students PreK–12, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social skills needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with classroom teachers to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies
  • Facilitate parent meetings and offer resources for home carryover
