What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or pending SLP licensure (state requirements must be met before start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in pediatrics or school-based services highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated student support
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment notes
• Participate in parent-staff meetings and contribute to RTI/MTSS processes as needed
