Make an impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year! This contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services across two welcoming educational environments. In this split assignment, you’ll spend three days a week at one energetic elementary school and devote two days to working with preschool students in a different setting. This unique setup offers the chance to support development and communication skills in diverse age groups, creating a rewarding and dynamic workweek.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each school’s student population
- Engage in progress monitoring and participate in IEP meetings as needed
