Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credential required
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans for a range of student abilities and ages (K-8th)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Inspire and engage students of varying backgrounds and abilities
- Participate in staff development and ongoing professional learning
