This assignment runs from August 17th, 2026, through June 2nd, 2027. You'll work closely with educators and families to empower students, helping them reach their fullest potential academically and socially.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience providing speech and language services in school settings
  • Comfort with conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEPs, and tracking student progress
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Commitment to cultural competency and supporting all learners from diverse backgrounds

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
  • Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
