Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Illinois)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong background in pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Teletherapy skills and adaptability to varied delivery models
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and assessment to a diverse student caseload
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all school policies and state guidelines
- Offer consultation and support for classroom modifications and accommodations
