What you'll bring:

  • A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for school certification
  • Experience or strong interest working with Pre-K populations
  • Knowledge of school-based IEP processes
  • Collaborative spirit with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs with innovative, evidence-based practices

In this position, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering therapy to Pre-K students in both individual and group settings
  • Conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and managing progress reports
  • Serving as a resource for classroom staff and families
  • Participating in IEP meetings and progress updates
  • Fostering an inclusive, communicative classroom environment
  • Staying current with best practices and continually advocating for your students
