Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and tailor individualized therapy plans to address unique communication challenges.
- Provide direct, purposeful therapy sessions to help students achieve targeted goals.
- Track and document progress meticulously, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Actively partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
- Guide and involve families throughout the therapy process, promoting ongoing progress.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
