Make a significant impact in the lives of middle and high school students by providing speech-language therapy services on a flexible, contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and are interested in a focused, student-centered role near the Desmet, ID area.

As a key contributor, you'll support approximately 10 students, delivering primarily direct therapy services. Enjoy the advantages of a part-time schedule—just one day per week (excluding Wednesdays and Fridays), with each day involving about 8 hours. This assignment starts as soon as possible and continues through early June, offering the perfect chance to balance professional growth with personal commitments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with middle and/or high school populations preferred
  • Ability to design and implement therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of around 10 students
  • Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
  • Ensure timely and accurate paperwork and compliance with special education guidelines
