Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program (for SLP or CFY candidates)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as SLP, CFY, or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, but not required for CFY or SLPA roles
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Skilled in providing both in-person and teletherapy services
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations and collaborating across disciplines
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and caregivers to foster supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all documentation requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and care planning
