Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program (for SLP or CFY candidates)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as SLP, CFY, or SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, but not required for CFY or SLPA roles
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Skilled in providing both in-person and teletherapy services
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations and collaborating across disciplines

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and caregivers to foster supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all documentation requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and care planning
