Key Experience & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare-related SLP settings strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of teletherapy platforms and digital documentation requirements
- Ability to administer screenings, evaluations, and develop targeted IEP goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and other professionals
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting screening and comprehensive SLP assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans (IEPs) aligned with educational goals
- Delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions as needed
- Tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consulting teachers and families regarding strategies for supporting students’ language development
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
