Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working with middle and/or high school students preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in middle and high school
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with educators, counselors, and parents
- Adapt therapy plans and interventions to meet the unique needs of students
- Address a variety of speech, language, and social communication challenges in an inclusive manner
