What We’re Looking For:

• Active Michigan license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Experience in schools, pediatric, and/or teletherapy settings is valued
• CCC-SLP credentials or Clinical Fellows (supervision provided) welcome
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, and educational staff

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Providing meaningful, data-driven interventions that help students meet their educational goals
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and family members to support student progress
