Qualifications:
- Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with varying speech and language needs
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups and varying caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication skills of students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings as needed
- Provide both direct and consultative services to ensure all students reach their communication goals
