Your expertise will help K-12 students reach their communication goals, and great care is taken to ensure caseloads align with your strengths and minimize commuting challenges.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active Michigan SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Ability to work full-time (35 hours/week; 7-hour days) or part-time with consistent, full days
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting student growth and success

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to a range of K-12 students
  • Complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement targeted therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, staff, and families to best support each student’s needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all state and federal requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
