Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Previous experience with middle school populations preferred, not required
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language services on site or virtually as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track progress, document interventions, and adjust plans based on students’ needs
  • Communicate regularly with families to support at-home development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success stories
