In this position, you'll provide high-quality speech and language services to students in grades K through 5, supporting their growth, communication, and confidence. This contract runs through June 2027, offering long-term stability as you deliver crucial interventions to help young learners thrive.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and students
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds

What you'll do:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills in K-5 students
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each child's educational progress
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students across three days each week (21 hours/week)
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in student support meetings and contribute to IEP development and review
