Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license and CCC certification required
  • Prior experience in school-based therapy preferred
  • Demonstrated skill supporting students with a variety of needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage four self-contained caseloads, providing direct speech/language therapy
  • Support multiple students in the nursery setting (nsy) with individualized plans
  • Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs
  • Develop, adapt, and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
  • Monitor and document progress for effective intervention
  • Collaborate with educators and families to promote progress in speech and language skills
  • Offer consultation and training to staff as needed
