Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid SLP licensure in the state of Michigan
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of varying communication needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student IEP goals
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Offer both direct and consultative services to address diverse learning needs
