Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid SLP licensure in the state of Michigan
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of varying communication needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate with educators, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student IEP goals
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Offer both direct and consultative services to address diverse learning needs
