Seeking applicants who:

• Possess ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Are fully licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan
• Have previous experience working in school-based SLP roles or with pediatric populations
• Demonstrate flexibility and confidence adapting treatment for a diverse student body
• Thrive in collaborative team environments and value multidisciplinary partnerships
• Are able and willing to provide all services onsite (this is not a virtual/remote position)

Your responsibilities will focus on:

• Conducting speech/language assessments and generating comprehensive evaluation reports
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for K-12 students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborating with educators and families to deliver best-practice interventions
• Maintaining student records, progress notes, and IEP documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to support well-rounded academic success
