Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP license in the state of Michigan.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Previous experience in a school setting and with a K-12 caseload is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm for face-to-face therapy—willingness to work onsite with students essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse K-12 student population.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success.
  • Track and report on student progress in accordance with district and legal guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input as a clinical expert.
