Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with pediatric, school-age populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in kindergarten through 4th grade
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide education, support, and resources to teachers and parents regarding communication needs
