Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience or a strong interest in working with elementary-aged children in a school setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions, and maintain detailed progress documentation
