Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed or in progress
• State licensure as required
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical SLPs with a passion for education are encouraged to apply
• Able to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Travel between school sites as directed to provide speech and language services
• Manage fluctuating caseloads and support with caseload overages
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ goals
• Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
