Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP licensure in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Background working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum ideal
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services for a caseload of 12 elementary students in an ASD resource room setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation of student progress
- Communicate progress and strategies effectively with educational staff and caregivers
- Support overall student engagement, independence, and educational growth
