Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP licensure in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
• Background working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum ideal
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services for a caseload of 12 elementary students in an ASD resource room setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation of student progress
• Communicate progress and strategies effectively with educational staff and caregivers
• Support overall student engagement, independence, and educational growth
