Multiple SLP positions are available, with openings across elementary settings spanning several buildings as well as a role in a specialized functional classroom for intensive support. You’ll be working with elementary caseloads of motivated students, ranging between 47–50 students per assignment. This engaging role allows you to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff, influencing positive outcomes through tailored speech and language interventions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, especially in elementary settings
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple buildings (for select assignments)
  • Experience with students requiring intensive support is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs to address individual student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Utilize creativity and evidence-based practices to engage students with diverse learning profiles
