What We’re Looking For:

  • State of Michigan SLP license required; ASHA certification is highly valued
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings is preferred, but new graduates (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and documentation for diverse student populations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering direct and indirect speech, language, and communication services tailored to individual student needs
  • Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with IEP teams to support student progress
  • Maintaining clear records, preparing documentation, and communicating results to families and educators
  • Adapting therapies for a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
