This onsite role involves working directly with 30-40 elementary-aged learners and collaborating closely with staff to develop and implement individualized plans that foster each child's communication growth.

As part of your responsibilities, you will assess students' speech and language abilities, deliver evidence-based therapy, and maintain thorough documentation to support students' educational goals. The position is available immediately and continues through June 18, 2027, offering a steady schedule of 32.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience working in K-12 settings, preferably with an elementary caseload
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff
• Experience developing IEPs and monitoring student progress
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and inclusive service delivery
