Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current, active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Proficiency in working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver therapy sessions one-on-one or in small groups across various grade levels
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Consult with educators, families, and other specialists to address students’ unique needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans
• Provide resources and support to educators for classroom communication strategies
