Ideal candidates will possess:

  • State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is valued, but clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to provide comprehensive services (assessment, intervention, consultation) to diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to collaborative teamwork with educators, administrators, and families

Core responsibilities include:

  • Completing thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Engaging in both direct and indirect service delivery
  • Maintaining required records and documentation
  • Collaborating with school staff and special education teams
  • Providing support within the school environment and advocating for student needs
