You’ll manage a manageable caseload of 51 students, backed by the support of three speech paraprofessionals and one paperwork paraprofessional, creating a team-focused atmosphere where students thrive.

Ideal candidates bring a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a dedication to fostering communication skills for students. If you’re a Clinical Fellow (CF) with an external supervisor, your application is welcomed and encouraged.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP-CCC credential is required
  • Pediatric and school-based experience is highly valued
  • Understanding of IEPs and school compliance documentation
  • Confidence collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Openness to working on-site 3–4 days per week for the 2026–2027 school year
  • SLP-CFs must have an external supervisor to be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy to a varied K-12 caseload
  • Keep records and assist in the IEP process, including reporting and meeting participation
  • Supervise and collaborate with speech paras and paperwork support
  • Communicate progress and plans effectively to teachers, families, and administrators
  • Contribute insights and expertise to a team-oriented atmosphere
