Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Skills in assessment, development, and implementation of IEPs
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability for travel and new environments
- Please note: No on-site supervision for CF/SLPA at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, therapy, and consultation for a caseload of 51 students
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team including three speech paraprofessionals and one paperwork para
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with classroom staff and families to optimize student outcomes
- Work on-site for three to four days per week during the 2026–2027 school year
