Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) and a range of speech and language disorders
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs

  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain thorough documentation of progress, therapy sessions, and assessments
  • Participate in meetings, in-service trainings, and professional development as required
  • Serve as a resource for staff on communication strategies and supports within the classroom
