Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current and valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain one in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous SLP experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide evidence-based SLP therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress documentation as required by school policies
• Offer consultation and in-service training to staff and families on communication disorders
