What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid licensure and certification as required by California regulations
• Experience working with school-age children, including evaluations and IEP processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Ability to create engaging, effective therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Passion for empowering students and supporting their educational and social success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
