As a full-time elementary position, you’ll provide vital services where they’re needed most—without shouldering supervisory responsibilities for assistants. With dedicated ARD facilitators on campus, your ARD-related tasks are focused and manageable, allowing you to concentrate on your core strengths.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Texas licensure or eligibility
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
• Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, prepare present level assessments, and make service recommendations
• Attend and contribute to speech-only ARDs
• Provide 1-2 days of direct therapy weekly
• Focus on elementary caseloads, with administrative support for ARD processes
• No assistant supervision required
