Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC credentials
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for working with adolescents to support a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to student needs
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy to students, adapting techniques to a middle or high school environment
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents
  • Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate outcomes
  • Provide input for IEPs and participate in IEP meetings as required
