Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active California licensure (SLP-CCC preferred)
  • Prior experience in a school setting, supporting a diverse range of student needs
  • Commitment to providing services exclusively on-site during the ESY session
  • Ability to manage small caseloads effectively and efficiently
  • Current NPI and CTC required to start

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver direct intervention services in-person for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
  • Track and document make-up minutes to ensure all student services are fully met
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families in a supportive team environment
  • Provide clear, ongoing progress reporting and communicate effectively regarding student needs
