Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active California licensure (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Prior experience in a school setting, supporting a diverse range of student needs
- Commitment to providing services exclusively on-site during the ESY session
- Ability to manage small caseloads effectively and efficiently
- Current NPI and CTC required to start
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct intervention services in-person for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Track and document make-up minutes to ensure all student services are fully met
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families in a supportive team environment
- Provide clear, ongoing progress reporting and communicate effectively regarding student needs
