Key Qualifications:

  • Current or pending licensure as Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year - CFY)
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language interventions, IEPs, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners and creating an inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary and K-12 students individually and in groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate clinical and educational records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Deliver both direct and indirect services to support student growth and participation
