Choose from two dynamic caseloads for the Spring Semester:

• Work with 50 students in grades 4–8 in a single building, engaging in 5 planned reevaluations.
• Or, support a Preschool and Transition caseload of 40 students with 1 scheduled reevaluation.

Both roles provide exposure to a range of AAC devices, including Eyegaze technology, empowering you to expand your skills with innovative tools and diverse student needs.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• IL State Speech Language Pathology License required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Open to applicants currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Experience with school-aged children and/or preschoolers a plus.
• Familiarity with AAC devices, including Eyegaze, is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned caseload.
• Participate in scheduled reevaluations and develop updated plans of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and family members.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and adhere to scheduled hours (7:45 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
• Utilize various communication technologies and strategies to support student success.
