Make a difference in the lives of young learners by serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive elementary school environment. With a manageable caseload of 50, you’ll have the chance to provide dedicated, individualized support throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Missouri
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) – CCC-SLP, or clinical fellowship year candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary-aged children
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary school students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture

Position Details:

  • Full-time contract role for the 2026-2027 school year
  • Start date: August 24th
  • Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Serve as a valued resource at the elementary school level
