Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Missouri
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) – CCC-SLP, or clinical fellowship year candidates encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary school students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
Position Details:
- Full-time contract role for the 2026-2027 school year
- Start date: August 24th
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday
