Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
• Experience providing pediatric services, ideally within schools
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and deliver individualized and group interventions
• Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress reports and Medicaid billing as applicable
• Leverage teletherapy tools to ensure continuity of care for remote or hybrid learners
• Consult with parents, teachers, and other related service professionals to foster student growth
