This contract opportunity spans from now through late May 2027, offering stability and meaningful experiences for Speech-Language Pathologists at any point in their career journey—including those seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) mentorship or holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

In this position, you’ll work closely with children and adolescents, fostering speech, language, and social skills that make a lasting impact. Enjoy the flexibility to blend in-person support, pediatric caseloads, and the potential for teletherapy sessions as part of your 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications:

  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Open to both CCC and CFY candidates—supervision available for Clinical Fellows
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, school-based services, or teletherapy
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills; eager to work alongside faculty, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet varied student needs
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure holistic student care
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

As you guide students towards communication success, you’ll benefit from a supportive, mission-driven school community and the fulfillment of seeing real progress. If you’re passionate about pediatric speech-language therapy—whether on-site or via teletherapy—this is the setting to make a difference.
