Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress toward established goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to meetings as required
• Provide interventions in both individual and group settings
• Educate staff and families on best practices for communication support
