What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but clinical fellows are welcome to apply
  • Experience in a school-based environment or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Compassion, adaptability, and the ability to motivate students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of students
  • Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment data, and contribute to IEP development
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
  • Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Serve as a resource to school staff on language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders
