Ideal candidates will possess:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible SLP license in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
• Prior experience working with high school student populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Proficiency in crafting and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
• Developing and delivering individualized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals and generalization of skills
• Documenting progress and preparing reports as required
• Participating in IEP and eligibility meetings, ensuring student support plans are aligned and actionable
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging research
