Empower young learners to find their voices and make meaningful gains by serving as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity offers the chance to support a diverse group of students through individualized speech therapy while collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Bring your expertise in pediatric care, speech evaluations, and teletherapy to work with a caseload of approximately 55 students spanning a range of ages. You’ll take on a balanced workload of therapy, evaluations, participation in IEP meetings, timely reporting, and meticulous Medicaid billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in both in-person and teletherapy settings
  • Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Prepare well-documented evaluation reports and progress notes
  • Maintain accurate Medicaid billing and related documentation in a timely manner
  • Foster collaborative relationships with educators, families, and support staff

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Holds both the CCC and Georgia Teaching Certification
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based populations
  • Strong teletherapy background is a plus
  • Open to SLPs with CFY status
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
